Executive Chef

Yukimasa Takekawa

Born in 1974 in Tokyo.
The chef honed his skills at renowned international restaurants, including 「La Gueriniere」in France and 「Race Restaurant」in New Zealand.
After returning to Japan, the chef held several positions as a sous-chef and head chef at various restaurants. In 2023, he became the executive chef at Bon Courage (formerly Chez TAKA Takasaki).
Building on a foundation of classic French cuisine, the chef creates exceptional dishes by incorporating the essences of various countries he has experienced, crafting a modern French cuisine of the highest caliber.
