Bon Courage Renewal Opening Fair

Starting Tuesday, April 1st, Chez Taka Takasaki has been renewed and reopened as “Bon Courage”.

To celebrate our renewal, we are offering a limited-time special course menu to let as many guests as possible experience the charm of Bon Courage.
We invite you to try our signature dish by the chef, “Crispy-Skinned Kinmedai (Splendid Alfonsino)”, as part of the course, along with a seasonal handmade macaron crafted with care and attention to ingredients for dessert.
In addition, we will provide a complimentary glass of refreshing sparkling wine (natural wine) selected by our sommelier for your toast.
Enjoy a full-course Japanese-French fusion meal, based on traditional French cuisine with Japanese elements,
in a space inspired by the globally renowned architect Kengo Kuma and garden designer Kazuyuki Ishihara.
