We present a one-night-only exquisite marriage of unique and wonderful sake from Gunma's acclaimed "Tsuchida Sake Brewery" and Bon Courage's modern French cuisine, utilizing Gunma's seasonal ingredients. We will also hear directly from Tsuchida Sake Brewery about their passion and dedication to sake, and they will provide explanations for each bottle served.
